Orders & Fulfillment
When an order is placed, inventory is automatically reserved and the order appears in your fulfillment queue. From there you can generate shipping labels, update the order status, and notify customers — all from the same dashboard.
Yes. Select multiple orders from the Orders page and use the bulk actions menu to generate labels or mark them as fulfilled in a single step.
Merchant Tech supports partial fulfillment. You can ship available items immediately and queue remaining items for a follow-up shipment once stock is replenished.
You can issue a return label from the order detail page. Once the item is received, you can restock the inventory and issue a refund from the same view.

Inventory & Products
Each product variant has its own inventory count. Merchant Tech updates counts automatically when orders are placed, fulfilled, or returned, so your stock levels are always accurate.
Low-stock thresholds can be configured per variant from the Inventory page. You will receive a notification when stock falls below the threshold you set.
A composite product draws inventory from its component variants. When a bundle is sold, each component's stock is decremented automatically, keeping counts consistent across all related products.
Shipping & Labels
Merchant Tech integrates with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. You can enable or disable carriers per your preferences from the Shipping settings page.
From the order detail page, select a rate, confirm the package dimensions, and purchase the label. It will be available to print immediately as a PDF.
Yes. Add your standard package dimensions under Shipping settings and Merchant Tech will pre-fill them when estimating rates for new orders.
Payments & Billing
Go to Settings → Billing and click Connect with Stripe. You will be redirected through Stripe's onboarding flow. Once complete, payouts will be routed directly to your bank account.
Payout timing is determined by your Stripe account settings. Typically funds are available within two business days of a successful charge.
Open the order, navigate to the refund section, and select the items or amount to refund. The refund is processed through Stripe and the customer is notified automatically.
Platform Setup
Go to Settings → Domains and enter your domain name. Merchant Tech will provide the DNS records you need to point your domain to your storefront.
Storefront theming is on our roadmap. For now, your storefront uses the Merchant Tech default theme with your branding assets applied.
Team member management is coming in an upcoming release. Contact support if you need multi-user access set up ahead of the feature launch.
Migration & Integrations
We offer a guided migration tool that imports your products, variants, and inventory counts from a Shopify CSV export. Order history import is also supported.
Merchant Tech has a growing set of integrations. Check the integrations page in your dashboard or contact us if you need a specific connection.
Yes. The migration process is non-destructive — your source platform is not modified. We recommend a test import first to verify everything maps correctly before going live.
